Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at:

Please include your order number in your message.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this policy.


30-Day Easy Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

How to Return an Item

2. Pack Your Item
Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

3. Send It Back
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team.


Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements.

Refund Timing:
After approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
